When I had to later contact Justin's Collision Repair (formerly Justin's Collision & Towing) in Clinton, Arkansas, to try and track down two large packages that had been removed from my vehicle's back seat, that they had towed (and had had in their possession for a few weeks) I was greeted with hostility and defensiveness from the female phone receptionist. Long story short, I would never recommend anyone trusting this company with their vehicle and its contents, as I have never been returned my expensive packages. Not to mention the UNPROFESSIONAISM I experienced just trying to obtain information about my belongs' location, which I had every RIGHT to do, without the female phone receptionist going into some defensive mental meltdown. Especially when I, as the victim, was STILL quite polite, and never spoke in an accusatory matter toward her or the company. BUT NOW, after this woman's bizarre behavior and reaction, I definitely view her as SUSPECT.
