I wouldn't actually call this company flexible, maybe they mean flexible when it's convenient to them. We ordered a dumpster to be delivered on a Friday morning, it got there after 12 and after 3 phone calls. I don't call that morning. We had 10 people standing around waiting to empty out my deceased fathers house. We where told by the owner and the driver to just call and they would pick it up when we where done with it. Called them 4 times to pick it up and they said we where responsible for it until Monday which was what we contracted and if it was overfull we would be charged another $100.00. When we rented from them we did so under the assumption that we could get the dumpster picked up early because as we explained to them we did not live where the dumpster was and there was no one there to watch it and that we did not own the property it was a rental. Instead of flexible, we where told we would have to babysit the dumpster for a week while trying to deal with everything else pertaining to my fathers final arrangements. They do business by text, how professional. Impressed I say NOT...I do not recommend this company and would never use them again. VERY DISAPOINTED! We paid for a week and only wanted to keep it for a few days, the smart business owner would have picked it up and re-rented it. DON'T BELIEVE THAT FLEXIBLE BULL... and watch out for secondary charges.
