If you are a subcontractor do yourself a huge favor and avoid this so called "company" at ALL costs! They have ZERO conflict resolution skills, do not arbitrate and refuse to pay hard working subs like my partner and I because the "clients" showed up FOUR hours ahead of schedule fussing and whining about the apartment.
