This is not a review I want to write, but I feel I need to tell what happened, and that is what these reviews/comments are intended for: describe your experience with the service provider. I don't question the good reviews here, as when things go as planed, usually there is no problem. It is when things go south, you see who they really are. I was purchasing a house, and John did the roof inspection. After that there were some recommended maintenance for the roof. The seller agreed to do the maintenance. I wanted to also address some worn out seal around the chimney exterior so Teri from this Perea Roofing called me and we agreed to redo the seal and paint the seal to match the exterior of the house, it would be $200 cost from me. (Actually I found out today that the maintenance work seller paid for includes the seal work already.) One thing I remember is Terri said "you don't want white seal on your chimney, you want to match that to your exterior." as I wouldn't have thought about that color matching. John finished the work on 10/21/2021, and I made payment a week later. Fast forward to 12/04/2021, when I just started moving in (there was seller rent back), and I noticed that the seal was not painted. Then I messaged Teri, no response. Couple days later, I called, no answering, and I left message. She texted back "John will touch up causing with paint, I will let you know when". Great, I replied "Thank you". From there, I had been asking many times when they can schedule the work, and Teri started with "I will let you know", and then "I will let you know next week", and then "I will get him out next week, I will let you know", and then "He will be there on Saturday", and then silence now. No answering the phone call, nor returning message. Interestingly, they answered message or phone pretty promptly when providing quote or receiving payment. :). Now on March 2022, after THREE months of me kindly checking back to see when they can do it, they still have not come back to do the work, and I will not ask again. I am disappointed, as that I don't understand why they would give up a piece of their integrity/reputation for $200. Maybe it is only one customer, and the fact that it is only $200. This is a true story, hope it helps for you.
