BEWARE!!!! They were called to tow our son's truck to Ford dealership but they convinced him they were qualified and could do it for less. They caused more damage due to incompetence and charged us for their mistake. This is a hard lesson on deception to learn for a college kid.

Horrible experience! I used USAA roadside which called this company. I had to work so I called the company directly to ask if scheduling a time would be ok and was told yes with several (baby) references. The next day I called to confirm and was told by the manager that it was still fine. 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up I called again and was told they were too busy, scheduled pick ups were too hard and to "call USAA back baby". When I asked to speak to the manager they hung up on me. I called back and spoke with the same manager who had confirmed the appointment earlier who didn't care what the employee did had no empathy and indicated I should do the same thing. USAA please drop this company and to everyone else call Cardinal Towing 8175405533... they were the best!
