Brought my truck in to be inspected. When I went to pick it up, I discovered a huge crack running across my windshield. Mitchy claimed it was there when I brought the truck in. (Obviously a lie, b/c why would I bring my truck to be inspected when it would surely fail inspection due to the crack?) I had glass coverage, so it didn't cost me anything, but Mitchy called me a liar, and insulted me and my wife for absolutely no justifiable reason. He said the cracked windshield was the result of bad karma... My jaw just about dropped to the floor with that one. He refused to refund my money for the inspection he never did, and if I didn't have to bring my then pregnant wife to a doctor's appointment, I would have called the police. The whole experience ranks up there as one of the most outrageous displays of jerkness I've ever encountered. It was mind blowing. I don't know if he was having a bad day, and decided to take it out on me, but I can tell you that I'm going to let anyone and everyone know my ordeal, because I think he needs a better understanding of karma.
