Classic motor is a horrible business they do shoddy repairs with no warranty. There is no in house mechanic. Fadi the owner brings mechanics from shops around to do the car repairs on customers expensive cars on the weekends and after hours They will never provide and invoice or any record for repairs and ask for cash payments He takes parts from customer cars to complete his showroom cars Read all the other reviews it's clear he takes parts from people's cars and sells them on the internet Avoid this place at all costs

Car of my daughter needed an oil change so I parked that at Classic Motor Inc. I was shocked having a look at the bill detailed with a new tank assembled in my car as the former on was damaged. You should have informed me or asked for my permission about that. You have shot on your feet by doing that. I would not spare you for this.

I left my car for scheduled service at Classic Motor, the fraudsters, and got shocked by hearing that my engine was out of order. Without wasting a second I visited some other Car service point nearby. Furthermore, I was told it was all okay with the engine and a routine service would be good enough.

This guy would never gonna have the faith of mine. I have lost all my trust in them. Seems like the whole team had been trained on how they could rob the customers with unique ways all over again. I was there for the cleaning of my car's fuel tank but I was gained with a lot of pain with no satisfaction gained on the service. I am making duel expenses for a single service.

Classic Motor are frauds because few days back I had given them the opportunity to give my car a makeover. But I was highly disappointed with their services, my car looks pathetic and they didn't do any good makeover. Infact now my car looks ugly because no major work was done, just some touches here and there. Their staff is worst, no knowledge of cars and engineering. Guys beware of them.

I've had one of the worst experiences of my life while getting my car serviced at Classic Motor Inc. Trust me when I say that their staff is the most unprofessional lot of people I've come across. They need our business but behave as if they're doing us a favour by doing the work we paid them for. Utterly disappointing.

If you're looking for a decent car service center with good services and professional staff members, I'd recommend you any place except Classic Motor inc. I am truly not exaggerating when I say that I've had the worst experience of my life dealing with them. Firstly, their staff isn't really well trained. Even the most basic questions I had about the service I wanted had them confused. They had to call their superior to give me my answers which honestly wastes everyone's time. Secondly, one particular staff member was very rude to me despite a cool-headed behavior from my side. I tried to have a conversation with his higher ups but sadly they weren't much help either. In short, save your time and money and go somewhere else for a headache-free experience.

The weirdest thing happened to me when I gave my car for servicing like I usually do at Classic Motor inc. I received a vehicle that was somehow in worse condition than what I had left it in. Not really what you want from your car after servicing, is it? Normally there'd be some basic repairs/services done that make driving a little smoother than before. This time that was absent. The car felt very 'rough' so to say and I couldn't place my finger on what was different. I talked to the staff about it but to my surprise their response was very unprofessional. Now I'm not an expert in car engines or anything to know why my car felt different when I drove it, but I could definitely sense a problem. I expected them to give me an explanation for the strange change or hear my concern but they dismissed my complaint saying they had done what they usually do. I'm highly disappointed in their behavior and am not going back to them for any kind of service nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Classic Motor inc is the closest service center for my car from my work, which is why I've been going to get small repairs or services done from them since I first bought it. The other day though, for some reasons, I had to give it for a small repair at another place and I was thoroughly shocked when I received the invoice from this new place that I will keep unnamed. Not only had they done a great job, but they also charged me around 40% less than what Classic Motor usually does. I asked them to give me the rate card of their other services and it was such a surprise. Apparently I've been spending way too much money all this time when I could've gone to any of the other such centers in the area. I can't do much about it now but honestly wouldn't recommend a car owner to go to Classic Motor unless they want to return with their wallets much lighter than before.

I don't think it is too much to expect from a car service center to deliver your repaired car at the previously decided-upon time, since we're so heavily dependent on it for conveyance. But alas, that was apparently too high of an expectation from Classic Motor inc. When I took out time from my day to collect my car from them it wasn't ready. I demanded an explanation but there was none. If there are delays in the repair it's understandable but the least I expect from the service center staff is to inform me about the delay. That didn't happen in my case which is why I'm overall extremely unhappy with their service. A timely delivery or at least a phone call would have saved me my time and them a disappointed customer.
