I called to report that I have no water. (I've had water all day until 30 min ago) So when I call a man(no clue his name since he just answers "hello". So I tell him I live in X street and I have zero water. He says with a attitude as if I'm bothering him "yeah no kidding we have no water either. There is no power going to the pump house" I go to speak to ask a question and he cuts me off and says"gotta go I'm getting another call" I was not happy like how rude of you. I've called and whomever is calling can leave a message and you could of returned the call. My call with this unprofessional man lasted 22 seconds! Cuz he just hangs up. May I suggest if you don't want people to call and report a problem they are experiencing (though I'm pretty sure that's kinda what your job is) maybe post it on our neighborhood site. And maybe learn to talk to people with some decency!!!

Can't give zero stars unfortunately, but if you are the only contact for a homeowners water and they have problems you have a responsibility as the people in charge to respond to your homeowners. You cannot ignore them because they might be upset because you have done way more damage than necessary …

Can't give zero stars unfortunately, but if you are the only contact for a homeowners water and they have problems you have a responsibility as the people in charge to respond to your homeowners. You cannot ignore them because they might be upset because you have done way more damage than necessary to get to a water line and have left them with an unnecessary burden and property torn up. The absolute lack of personal responsibility is atrocious. You should not have to have a neighbor contact someone about an active water leak on your property. And there should not be an active water leak for 5 days after it was called in immediately and it was caused by the contractors they sent. I was met with unnecessary hostility from Allen when he finally came out to look at the new leak 5 days after it started and now on day 7 is still not addressed and still filling my property with standing water and compromising my foundation of my garage and hindering me from enjoying my property. Horrible management that refuses to address concerns or even acknowledge receipt of messages and concerns from the homeowners they are supposed to service.
