We strive to solve our clients problems on a daily basis. Bill Leuthner works with clients to draft wills and trusts and plan clients estates. He is also a certified real property specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association, and handles zoning, land use, and real estate issues. Chris Huether works with clients who are facing financial hardship to find a resolution, including filing for bankruptcy when appropriate. He also handles difficult family issues such as divorce, custody disputes, child support issues, and adoptions. Matt Franzese also deals with family law and bankruptcy, and enjoys working on appeals of cases which have been incorrectly decided.
