Marty Driggers Attorney During his 43 year career of trial and appellate practice, Marty was selected to serve on the Supreme Court’s Board of Grievances (1981-1984) and on the Supreme Court’s Commission for Lawyer Competence and Specialization (1989-1996). Marty has served as Hartsville’s City Attorney since 1985 and serves as Special Counsel to such organizations as The Sonoco Mens Club, Southeastern Bluegrass Association, Rivertown Bluegrass Society, and Hartsville’s RenoFest Bluegrass Festival. In 2003, Marty was named an OUTSTANDING LAWYER OF AMERICA. Marty and his wife Nancy have two sons, Martin and Benson, who are both Clemson graduates and both practice law in a Columbia, SC law firm.
