On February 15, 2012 J&A replaced a camshaft seal because of an oil leak on my Toyota Camry. Paid J&A $668.57. Three weeks later, I noticed the same leak and carried my car back to John. His employee added oil and said to bring it back later. I carried it back on March 29, left it overnight; however, when I called to see if it had been repaired, John was VERY curt to me and wanted to know "where do you want me to start making repairs?" I picked the car up and carried it to another shop. There it was discovered that J&A DID NOT REPLACE THE SEALS TO STOP THE LEAK. I had to pay $322.10 to get the leak stopped. I filed a complaint with Better Bureau; however, since J&A is not a member, he did not reply to the complaint and as of today, I have not heard anything from J&A. John gets paid very well for his repairs; however, he does not guarantee his work. STAY AWAY FROM HIM. CARRY YOUR VEHICLES TO ANOTHER SHOP THAT GUARANTEES THE WORK DONE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND J&A TO ANYONE. PERIOD
