Highly Recommended-Totally Disappointed. Roger Rope's company was hire to re-grout and reset sandstone in our lanai. While Roger and his senior worker did fairly decent work, his other unsupervised workers made a complete mess. They mixed various colors and would not remove excess grout. Using a high power washer they blasted off top stone and now waters flows under the covered portion of the lanai - never happened in 30 years. Roger refused to discuss any remediation and will not respond to phone calls. Simply wish he never set foot on our property! Beware!!
