In 2005, brothers Lance and Doug Simpson opened the restaurant for breakfast and lunch to provide area residents with high-quality meals at reasonable prices. Alphy’s unique menu from the outset has featured salads, sandwiches, wraps, soups and specialty breakfast items, all made from scratch with the best available foodstuffs and fresh ingredients.
