Horrible customer service! I recently switched banks and had to request new ach form to have payment come out of new bank and I made a mistake and wrote the routing number wrong. well ach check bounced ok my fault but I immediately notice it didn't go through. call to ask them and they assured me the check cleared and I was all paid,2 weeks later the money was still in my account and I called and said something and they said oh yea it bounced and now you owe a bounced fee and late fee cause its 2 weeks late I said fine and asked for a new ach to fix this and they informed me I had to pay it to current before they could mail it which also included a partial of the next month because it's was 2 weeks into the month. this is stupid, I did not have that amount of money as it was now almost double what I normally pay, so I pay on it and call and pay the following month what is left owed. when you pay by phone they charge a $10 fee so I had to pay this for the part ail payment and then the rest of what was owed had the $10 tacked on. requested new ach form, sent it back they claim they don't get it. have to pay another 10$ fee for the next month and request another. still have not recieved. now I call again because it's almost time for another payment and no form and they say they mailed it yet it's been almost a month now I have to call and pay it by phone next week another $10 tacked on and request another form.So now I m paying a total of $40 extra so far. I purchased a building first of the year it was reposed by Ken Shirk I was up to date on my payements. I had a building ful of tools a new riding mower and a harley davidson motorcycle it was all damaged for a total of round $9k. I was told aby Karen Bishop that she would do everything in her power to help me resolved this matter, (she lied) no she wont take or return my phone calls. Ken Shirk has failed to provide proper insurance info so this claim can be resolved. I have requested for generl manager contact info, I was told that ws none of my business and it will not be given to me that you rcompany was no longer able to help with this matter can some shed some light on this for me

Customer service stinks. This is a complete racquet. I had to pay a man who called me all day harassing me about taking my building unless I paid him $150. Sad part is the man never came to get my bldg I had to meet him with the cash. I called today and spoke with a,lady who immediately says to me don't be defensive. We spoke a few minutes and she then called me back so she could pick an argument. This is poor customer service but this owner could care less because you pay up or they pick up after 1 1/2 years of pymt and you owe nothing more but the money you've paid over 18 months is gone as well. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY....GO DIRECTLY TO THE AMISH TO PURCHASE AT 1/2 THE PRICE
