Made an appointment for these guys between 1 and 3. When they didn't show by 4:30, I called to see what was going on. The guy that answered the phone said "you didn't make an appointment with us" to which I responded, yes I did and I gave him my information at which point he acknowledged the appointment and then insisted someone came out to my house. I told him I was home all day and nobody came. He said he couldn't understand how the repairman missed us. Instead of offering an apology or to send someone out immediately, he offered to send someone the next day. At this point I already lost a day of work and told him to forget it. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Any questions or concerns they are there to help you anytime so you make the right choice. The installation is very quick, they work clean and they did an EXCELLENT job. When they were done I felt satisfied and confident I made the right decision. If you are looking for a trust worthy business that does top notch work call these guys. I guarantee you will be 100% satisfied. Great job A - All Style!!! I will recommend you to everyone and I will be calling you the next time I need help with my garage. Thanks for the excellent service and product. Mike from Lockport

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE AND WILL TELL MY FRIENDS NOT TO USE YOU. I LIVE IN BOLINGBROOK AND LIKE KEEP MY GIVING MY BUISNESS IN THE AREA. ON 02/18/13 SOMEONE CAME OUT TO REPLACE MY SPRING IN WHICH ONLY ONE WAS BROKEN, BUT WENT AHEAD AND REPLACED BOTH OF THEM PER YOUR RECOMMENDATION. ONCE THE WORK WAS COMPLETE THE GARAGE DOOR WOULD NOT GO DOWN THE TECH TOLD ME WELL THAT HE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE DOOR NOT GOING DOWN AND SAID SORRY THERE IS NOTHING HE COULD DO ABOUT THAT CHARGED ME AND LEFT ME STANDING THERE WITH THE DOOR OPEN AND TOOK OFF. WHAT POOR SERVICE AND POOR ATTATUIDE TO HAVE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO UPSET AT ANY COMPANY AS I AM WITH THIS ONE.
