DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY. We tried so hard to support the more small town company..eventually after two years of complete disrespect and over charge I finally lost it. They've straight just not picked our trash up, spilled trash in our yard, never answered and finally when I got to talk to someone after calling about 20 times in a row I had the absolute worst costumer service. Apparently one of their dump trucks were broken so they had to take pick up trucks and pick the trash out..a bag with cat litter was spilled all over my yard and with the nastiest tone of voice I was told I shouldn't make my trash so heavy. Then after our argument and telling them I'm canceling once our bill was done they took the trash can and I called repeatedly and eventually left a very demanding voicemail stating either you refund our money or bring a trash can back..which they did bring a trash can back but again never called back. I've worked in customer service my whole life so I never try to go out of my way to be mean or disrespectful but they truly are the worst company I've ever dealt with. Also I looked around for a new trash service and found so many that a way cheaper! Again do not waist your time, energy, or money on this company.

I have had A to Z trash for one year. They SUCK. wont do what they say. Don't answer the phone, Never call you back. Bad news. stay clear.
