Terrible Company. Not surprised Owner Lahna prides herself to be unprofessional and unfriendly. Had a package sent to this unfortunate local company from AGS. Apparently AGS is not in Vegas so they use this company as a third party. Owner Lahna advised over the phone I was not her customer and that she didn’t have to provide good customer service. She also advised AGS is her customer only. But AGS hired Lahna to provide good service and to deliver my package. This company forced me to pick up my package at there office. Even though they were hired by AGS to deliver. Not sure why they are in the delivery business. I had to travel over 40 minutes to find my package was damaged. I advised this company of the damage and they decided to lie and state it wasn’t to the business I bought from. Now I’m dealing with the people that sent me the package. Stay far away from this company if you can. AGS is aware of this situation and hope to remove this company immediately in the future.
