I have managed community by-myself for two years to help my community. For the first time this year we had board, and I talked the new board into hiring this company, worst mistake I ever done. From beginning I noticed a lot of issues, our property is not being maintained, Covenants is not being enforced, Bylaws are not being enforced, our vendors were not being paid, we lost our landscaping and DPM Company lies. Now this company is harassing me over not knowing what they are doing. Additionally, this company slandered my name with lies around the community to remove me off the board, where I just gave up and resigned. Please for your own sake, and your community if you truly care about your community, do not hire this company.
