Our well pump failed on a Friday with the weekend beginning only a short time off. Schell Pump made a special effort to come and assess our situation after working elsewhere all day. Schell Pump owner provided different options for restoring our water system. Being a Friday evening I knew it could take time to obtain parts and be worked into their busy schedule. I feared we would be a few days without water. To my surprise later Friday evening I received a call from Roger Schell informing me that they were able to obtain parts. They would come first thing Saturday morning and restore our water system. Early Saturday morning their truck arrived, protective mats laid out to prevent damage to our lawn. Tools and materials were disinfected prior to use. Just as they began so did the rain. They never stopped. The quality workmanship and care taken was great to observe. Six rainy hours later they were gone. There was absolutely no evidence they had been here with heavy equipment. The entire area had been cleaned. Absolutely no mess left behind. Our experience with Schell Pump was excellent. I recommend their service highly.
