Unity Martial Arts Our current program for taekwondo in Richmond TX, is a hybrid of several different arts. With a solid base of taekwondo ( stand up striking art using kicking and punching from South Korea), Sky felt it was important to integrate Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ( a ground, grappling art). This way people could have a well rounded self defense plan. He also feels the strongest weapon you possess is your mind. We teach discipline, compassion, and encourage quick verbal responses as the first level of defense.
