Horrible service. I would never use or recommend anyone ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE PREGNANT AND DEPENDING ON YOUR ITEM. I had a barrel and crib shipped separately. I was told 2-3 weeks. I decided to call since my date passed. I was told my items are in Antigua. Call the agency here no items. Apparently my barrel was still in NY and crib was shipped to Trinidad. I was pregnant at the time and my delivery date was drawing close and I needed my stuff. I received my barrel a day before my due date. To date, Almost 3 months my baby is a month old I did not receive the baby's crib. I said to Mr. Scotty refund me for the crib and my shipping. I can't deal with this back and forth clearly my item is lost. today is March 5th still no crib and no refund. Only making all sort of excuses and lies.

Worse shipping company ever! Asked for a specific pick up time and I was told it was not possible. Then they said they would be there in the afternoon, I asked to confirm a time or at least an estimate of the possible hours but they could not do so either. After calling several times for the day I was met with poor customer service, no update or follow-up and a very rude and impolite employee on the other end. It was well into the evening when they came. Spent my entire day waiting for this lame company to show-up as if I am the one who needs their business. There are several other companies out there and I would suggest that people make use of them cause this one is absolutely terrible. This is not how customers are met to be treated and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
