Do yourself a favor and call someone else. I requested a structural inspection of my property Michael did a visual inspection. He didn't get anything him to check wall and floor deflection or measuring device as a part of visual inspection. He didn't go into my attic either. Also, I had to ask him to remove drop ceiling in my basement to inspect and didn't seem thorough at all. Overall he spent less than 20 mins in my house and ripped me off $400. His type of inspection even a child can do. For my concerns he didn't go above and beyond suggesting a plumber or HVAC guy. When asked for a refund he refused. Very unprofessional !!! I thought since he works for florham park town he would be well versed in inspection (apparently he isn't even an inspector he said after inspection of the house, he doesn't have an inspection license which he should have disclosed prior to inspection of property ) but he was here at my property to just make a quick buck and leave and rip us off!! Definitely do not recommend him at all!!
