This company did an appraisal on my property and I was not happy with the cost compared to the value received. I have previously had 6 or 7 appraisals done on my homes and this appraisal cost the most and they took the least amount of time. They did not spend much time at the house or taking pictures for the appraisal. Also, the comps that they used were a lot smaller than my home so they did not give a sufficient increase for the difference in square feet. I also mentioned to them that my neighbors home sole recently that was very similar to mine and they would not use that home in the comps. I am very displeased with the service.
