After sending an email to the owners to explain our disappointment with our shopping experience, we received a call from Lex who patiently listened to the situation. Lex was very apologetic and helpful, which resulted in us purchasing the rug after all! It was very refreshing to receive an immediate response (about 15 minutes after our email) and it was clear Lex cares about his customers. In addition, Ann one of the show room designers gave us a follow up email and call to ensure that everything had been rectified and that we were satisfied with the outcome. While disappointed with our initial experience; we were extremely satisfied with managements ability to make the best out of this bad situation. Both Lex, and Ann were patient and helpful and because of them, we would shop here again!
