This woman took $1,000. out of my proceeds. This was not listed in the contract and I did not agree to it. She said she would only return $700. because the pipes froze after the new owners moved in. She called a friend to thaw out the pipes, but is holding me financially responsible. If I am responsible financially then I should have been responsible for making the decision about who would do the work. Every time I try to talk to her she gets loud and defensive. It is a no win situation for me, she has my money. I consider this very unethical and would not use her again.
