Phyllis Shandler handled my home mortgage.
PAINFUL process because they didn't follow up on ANYTHING. It was on me to keep asking the right questions and pushing the process along.
She might be convenienly located, but it's not worth it. Go with a more professional law firm. Just my two cents, not to be taken as fact. I have heard the better attorneys are in Westchester. Makes sense.
