User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by Charlie O 12/19/2011 Miller is a good doctor. I do have some complaints though. His receptionist is quite rude. Also, I went to him in 2010 and he had me come back several times even though my pain was gone. I guess this is typical. However, everytime I went I paid my deductible before seeing Miller. I never, ever received any bills from his office. Now, when I call to make an appointment they said I would have to be a cash payment only customer because I owed $88?! If I had receieved a bill, I would have paid it. There are many places in Liberal that have overcharged me at times, and some I even have to turn into insurance myself, but this place takes the cake for ignorant billing and bad customer service.
