They Got Married and started Boot Camp L.A. together and still do every single session together refusing to franchise and dilute their program. The program now has over 150 people a month who drive from all over the area to come and work out with them. They have been lucky to have been voted the Number one fitness bootcamp in Los Angeles By Los Angeles HotList CityVoter. They Have been on Numerous TV shows, news publications and Magazines. They pride themselves in creating a real "community" feel in there program. They contact people at home and talk about nutrition and goals. They are always available at all times when a boot camp member needs help with what to eat or other concerns. Jay Kerwin also does personal training in the los Angeles area when a client needs more one on one attention.
Jay Kerwin says the average persons weight loss really depends on how much the person is willing to make changes in there diet. He says that someone can workout ten times a week and it won't have the effect that the person thinks it will have. He has sen many people at the gym for years that really put the time in when it comes to the workout but they don't see the results that they are expecting and it is solely do to not making the proper changes in diet and other habits such as alcohol intake! Jay Kerwin says before starting any exercise program you should have a good idea of how you should be eating in order to see the results that you are expecting.
