Thank god someone came to rescue me and my family ASAP... we were woken up early am to our daughter screaming that something is in her room, we looked and couldn't see anything an hour later my husband sees a bat..... we made many calls and we reached Baystate wildlife in canton... not only did we get prompt service but from one of the owners himself. He removed the bat, looked everywhere and then came back on a Sunday to inspect at 9 AM. Very knowledgeable and is now going to exclude our home on Monday.

Baystate Wildlife helped us with a bat infestation on a moment's notice in the height of bat season. They sent Alex out to look for the bat that invaded our house. He was thorough, responsive and concerned. Mark managed the bad exclusion project the next day. They were here when they said they would be, did what they said they would. And we are bat free! They have also circled back to check on our satisfaction and comfort. We called them because they had helped with a squirrel issue years before. They were great then and are great now! Absolutely professional and clearly expert, don't change guys!

My husband and I recently bought a house and the backyard needed some TLC. It seemed as though there was 40 years' worth of pine needles, compost, building materials and whatever else you can think of back there! Having a young Labrador, we really wanted to clear everything out and give him a large place to run around without worrying about ticks, fleas and other creatures living back there. Did an awesome job!

Sooo have your ever seen The Exorcist? You know the part where they keep hearing noises in the attic? Well, try having a pack of hungry, angry squirrels running over your head between the ceiling of your condo and the floor of the one above. I was just this close to shooting up through the ceiling because the noise was so awful. BayState WildLife was great! They found the point near the gutters where these demonic critters managed to get in and they took care of the problem. Talk about sweet relief. I have to recommend these guys just for restoring my sanity, thanks guys!

I had a pest issue in my new addition, raccoons in the walls. Contacted Baystate Wildlife and they got back to me very quickly! The price was very fair for the work they did and the two guys that came out were very kind and thorough with their work and haven't had a problem since. Very good service, kind people, Mark even checked in after the fact to make sure there were no issues. Really appreciate the work done and would recommend them!

We had a problem with a raccoon whom thought he owned my trash can, called the company and they came out the next day. Was a pleasant experience! I feel like people never take the time to say anything good about companies instead just bash them. This company came recommended by many people for the removal of the animal and I was not let down!
