How do YOU know anything about how business is conducted in any attorney's office and how would YOU like to have your name slandered all over the Internet without proof of the truth being represented? Face up, Mr. Penn! If you have a significant complaint about the way YOU may have been treated by a professional, then you can write freely but do NOT try to speak on behalf of others because you could be making a huge mistake! Do not employ Dante M Scaccia law firm for anything. His only help is his paralegal/secretary son who is even more rude and office is a disaster. He is arrogant, incompetent and took advantage of a senior citizen by delaying finishing her estate, intentionally adding extra items, refiled even though other law office did not suggest. His son yelled at the client and her daughter on several occasions. Lost documents and refused on 3 occasions to give document back to this senior citizen, delaying a trip with malicious intent. He does not use email or fax, no phone service, and does all work via certified letter.
