I refuse to ever shop at this store again. I bought an ornament from the store in the Columbia Mall in MD and got home and realized it was broken. I called the store and told them I lived in a different state and couldn't drive back to exhange it. The lady on the phone wanted nothing to do with helping me and was extremely rude. She blamed it on me for not inspecting the item before I left and that it wasn't her problem. I even offered to pay for postage to send it back just so I could get a new one. She then proceeded to tell me she didn't have time to have this conversation and hung up.

Love this store I go there every year to a tree oram. I wish I had there web site

I love this shop i purchased many items when they were in The Avation Mall during the christmas season as well as there lake george store . I just wish i where to find them during the holiday season . they have such b eautiful things and i can find many things for my christmas designs for the festiva l of trees in Glens falls ny sponsored by the Prospect school . Would love to know where in your shop to find you after you close after labor day . keep up the great work .ps my dream is to work
