Wavevision is a terrible company. Their customer service and product are sub-par at best. I became a Wavevision customer when they purchased TV Max and would have cancelled my service, but the apartments where I live ended the contract with Wavevision. The residents were given 3 days notice to return our cable boxes or we would be charged $250.00. I returned my box promptly, but realized that I had just paid for the next months cable service (which I would not have). I have repeatedly contacted Wavevision and for several months I was told that they would send my refund right away. On December 12th, 2011, I was informed by Susan Lessor (a "team leader") that Wavevision does not give refunds. The reason given was that it is "not their policy". They want you to prepay for services, but will not provide a refund when these services are not provided. Sounds like theft to me. I will tell everyone I know and post on every available public forum that Wavevision stole my money.
