On Sept 9, 2017 ABT Towing left me stranded in Federal Way, WA for close to four hours. They were dispatched through Ford Roadside Service (another waste of money). When I received text messages from both ABT & Ford that the tow would arrive in five minutes and no one showed up I called ABT. A very rude female answered the phone and when I told her who I was and asked where my tow was, she told me that she had just dispatched her driver to Spanaway - over an hour away in the opposite direction. Upon telling her this, she said, "I don't like your attitude, I'm calling Ford and cancelling your tow". I called MV Towing in Federal Way and was towed ten minutes later.
