I had to call the Anaheim Police Department twice for Insignia starting work before 7AM in my apartment complex. I live on the 4th floor of the Promenade Lofts in Anaheim. Insignia came in with a crane at 4AM in the morning to start work. The noise from the crane was bad enough, but the sound of all the metal banging against each other and the people walking on the roof was worse. They were warned not to start until after 7AM. The next day they showed up again, at 4AM in the morning and was again back on the roof doing work. Doing poor work is a problem, but with added effort and constructive criticism, can create a successful business. Knowingly breaking the law and not having respect and consideration for the people around you is a major problem for Insignia and whomever they contract their business out to. The people you hire are a reflection of you and your business dealings.
