Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness We offer a blend of martial arts styles and techniques, all incorporated into a high energy, positive environment. We offer separate classes for adults and children. You can begin at any time. Our style is a unique blend of Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, wrestling and boxing, making it a true Mixed Martial Arts System. We make getting into shape fun with our motivational teaching and positive environment. Currently we offer Fitness Kickboxing, Power Toning and Boot-camps throughout the year.
