Kulp, PE, PA was started in 1992, and PMH Engineering, PC in 1994. These were merged in 1997 and became PMH Associates, Inc. PMH Associates is a consulting engineering firm specializing in the design of building systems. Our expertise is in Structural, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical systems. There are four principals; Thomas R Kulp, PE, Thomas C Evans, Peter M Honeyford, PE and Brian J Fagan, PE. Brian heads our Atlanta, GA regional office located in Cumming, GA. PMH is licensed in all the contiguous 48 states along with DC, HI and PR (pending) to perform mechanical and electrical engineering, and in CT, DE, GA, MD, NJ, NY and VA with MA and MI pending to perform structural engineering.
