On 5-9-13 I brought in an argon regulator for repair (small tear in diaphragm). On 6-10-13 drove up to inquire about the regulator. Done! (but no call). Paid $55.70 and drove back home and installed. Still leaking. Opened regulator: Same small tear in original diaphragm. On 6-11-13 drove back…

On 5-9-13 I brought in an argon regulator for repair (small tear in diaphragm). On 6-10-13 drove up to inquire about the regulator. Done! (but no call). Paid $55.70 and drove back home and installed. Still leaking. Opened regulator: Same small tear in original diaphragm. On 6-11-13 drove back up and showed them the tear. They said "It must have slipped through the cracks". I asked if they would lend me a "loaner" since I have been without for more than a month. They said: No, we don't do that." Asked for a refund and will take our business elsewhere. Delta Gases Inc.: Quality Control = "F" (not hard to screw onto a tank and test). Customer Care = "F". Three long drives to Delta Gases Inc. for nothing = Costly. Beware!
