I have gone to this place since it opened. We go regularly to play trivia and watch football, baseball, etc. We finished 2nd in a trivia contest on 8/7/2013 and were given a gift certificate for food. We went tonight to enjoy wings, watch football, and use the gift cert. The manager on duty would not honor the cert. He said it was a forgery. It has the regular manager's name on it! The service at this place has gone done a good deal over the last 2 years but we still came because it was OUR place. Now, I can say I will never go here ever again. Really humiliating.
