This is one of the worst A/C contractors in Fayetteville, NC. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are unorganized, unprofessional with horrible follow through. They were assigned to fix my A/C unit through my home warranty service. It took 4 days for me to finally get them to call me back. I had to finally call the home warranty service to figure out that the contractor wouldn't come back to my house because of a previous billing dispute with the warranty company??? Forget the customer needs or satisfaction levels!!!! This company is a joke and shouldn't even be in business.
