I have nothing but problems with this system. I purchased it Dec. of 2010 could not use it most of the winter because we were having mini explosions they told us not to use it and it was April 18th till they came to fix it. In the fall we had Kerns clean the fireplace and in Dec. the explosion blew out the piolet lite and it moves the front of the fireplace. Again they cleaned it and this year the front has moved again and again all they did is clean it. I have not been satisified with there product and service.
