Called Don't Bug Me to set rat traps. After they left, the rat came out. I called them back and John and one of his helpers were at my house in 15 minutes. They patched the toe kick of my cabinet where the rat was getting in and out, and got rid of the rat.

Zero stars if it would let me. Why am I posting this review? Because 39 minutes ago the owner John fratone just verbally assaulted me while I sat in my lawn chair. 3 years ago I hired don't bug me to get rid of a rat problem. Paid them 150 bucks after 3 weeks of John coming over. He promised me a guarantee of all his work. The next month rats were back . Getting a hold of him was nearly impossible and two weeks later he would show up. This continued for almost 3 years. Thats right! Basically I guess he felt that every time he made a visit i should pay him more money. So today when he stopped in front of my house, i was on the phone with my sister and told him John i don't have any time for you right now and he jumped out in my face and started screaming at me about all the work he did and never got paid.
