I purchased one pair of "Vogue" sunglasses at Sunglass Hut At Macy's. I purchased this item on March 12th, 2019. I was told when I purchased the sunglasses that I have a year warranty on the sunglasses. In early May 2019. I notice that the rhinestones were falling out from around the lenses, even throw there are no damage nor scratches on the lens nor frame. I took the undamaged missing rhinestone glasses into the store and a female staff returned them and gave me an identical pair of Vogue sunglasses. She did not give me the option of choosing a different pair of sunglasses. Again around August 2019, I noticed that the rhinestones were again following out of the frame. I took the sunglasses back to the Sunglasses Hut At Macy. While in the store I explained to the store clerk that the glasses were defective, and I asked the clerk if she have had any problem with "Vogue" sunglasses with the rhinestone falling out. The clerk replied by saying, " no other customer has ever brought that particular 'Vogue" sunglasses." The clerk examined the sunglasses for damages in which no damage could be found on the frame nor on the lenses. However, the clerk refused to exchange or replace the sunglasses unless i was willing to pay half price for a different pair of the same value or sunglasses. Luxotica is the maker of the "Vogue Sunglasses and they offers a 2 year warranty, but they wont honor it. I should not eve give Luxotica one star!
