I wouldn't give this land lord more than a one if they had a zero I would he's a slum lord and don't wanna fix anything and when you take him to court for something he didn't fix he evict you

Joe Smith is worthless. He has no respect for women and is the worst landlord and person I've ever encountered. He does not stand by agreements he makes with his tenants and will do everything in his power to not return your deposit. Some of his properties have serious electrical issues, and rats. He does not care about anyone but himself and should not be allowed to be in this business.
