I've been using Pentagon Cargo located in Nationa city California.Trying to make follow-up on 2 balikbayan boxes that I sent to 004 Barangay 6 in Julugan Tanza,Cavite Philuippines last Jan.2012.I'ts already April and no 2 boxes on site.We asked our daughter who lives in San Diego,CA.to help us make a follow-up but has'nt got any response from the co.I'm a loyal customer of Pentagon for at least 5 years and is getting disappointed because last yearI had a similar experience when my boxe arrivrd in the Phil.after 2 months.Please make a follow-up on my 2 boxes. My father, Remigio Vicencio also sent two boxes last March 02, 2012 to our address here in Cavite but until now, two months after, the boxes has not arrived yet. I was hoping if you can provide us the telephone number of their office here in Manila so we can make a follow up. Thanks you.

We sent 4 boxes to Cebu back on march 1st,and here my wife has already gone to the Phillipines and spent a month there and returned just the other day June12th..and still NO BOXES! we kept calling the national city location and they kept lying to us,saying it was there,or it's not ready from customs yet... NOW we have no choice but to notify the BBB,and start litigation against this company. we have used Pentagon cargo for over 15 years now. but this... this is not acceptable.never had a problem with the company till we delt with national city location. see ya in court!
