Used Baldwin in the past for simple septic pump out. Always happy with the service. Recent emergency pump out indicated a serious problem. Baldwin responded and pumped out tank on a Sunday morning. They were extremely honest on the telling us of many possible causes of a sudden backup. When asked for a quote they gave a large range and said they could be more exact once they opened the system. Tuesday morning the excavation crew started work and found the issue within an hour. Fix was a replacement of 1/2 of our leach field with an improvement of 50% over original install. Price was a fifth of their high estimate !!!! About 12 grand less than I had thought. Excavation work back fill was immaculate. Lawn area looks better than before they started digging. I am impressed !
