This is the worst place I've ever worked at. Management is terrible. I've been injured a few times severely and nothing was done to fix the equipment to prevent future injuries. This year, in the summer, the AC broke and the company didn't bother fixing it for several days, leaving the employees to suffer in the high heat. You're not allowed to have water bottles, either. The place is very loud and you have to wear steel toe shoes on the concrete floors. There is no employee handbook and no "no bullying policy", so that management can avoid helping you. Even if you're bullied and have several pieces of evidence, management still won't do anything about it. QC is the worst place to work because the manager is so useless. She doesn't tell the truth and won't help with anything. Actually, if you need help, she only makes things worse. They had a couple meetings about the bullying, but it ended with the HR lady yelling at the person who was being bullied and refused to listen to her, even though we listened to her, but that same amount of respect couldn't be reciprocated. There are too many unqualified people that make the job miserable. You can get away with anything here, which makes this place hard to work in if you're an honest, hardworking person.
