The amount of racism dictated at one of my 1099 service vendors as well as my employee is disgusting. Her name is Janis. I also spoke with Scott & Debbie. We were supposed to do road service for them last night but the driver called and canceled. This morning they call my office and ask to speak with the dispatcher setting it up. They told him no one ever showed. Then when we got the ball rolling again, they were given the technicians number to call for themselves and see his eta. Janis called back not even 2 minutes later stating that the number goes to "someone who doesnt even speak english, let alone work." She requested to cancel the service. I have all these phone conversation recordings downloaded and saved and if you would like to hear them for yourself, please feel free to e-mail me and I will send you the mp3. The amount of racism and bigotry going on in 2018 is absolutely disgusting and shameful. A company like this should know better. Childish & Hateful behavior. Once again my point of contacts here were Janis, Scott (who is listed as president on their website) and Debbie.
