One of the principles of Russell Trucking contracted with our company (a private invetigative firm in Dallas TX) for services, recieved and accepted a report of our findings and then failed and ultimately, refused to pay for those services. Several text messages and phone calls were made to discuss the matter, with her ultimately agreeing to pay and supposedly submitting the expense for payment. She stated in a text message in March (March 6, 2012) that, "My receptionist sent it out (referring to payment), you should be reciviing it any time." The payment for services was never recieved and subsequent attempts at contact with this person were not returned. While I cannot determine whether the ethical and professional lapse of judgement and integrity exhibited by this person extends to the company, this person's continued participation in the daily activities of the company would give me great pause in any dealings involving her. If you intend to deal with this company it might be prudent to make additional inquiries as to payments and seek additional gaurantees as to those payments. R. Allison [email protected]
