Absolutely terrible experience! Rented a forklift and it came looking like it had not been serviced in some time and the hydraulic fluid lines were cracked. When we started it the hydraulic fluid went everywhere. When we contacted Cassam they said they would bring another one to us, that took quite a while to happen and when it finally came it had the exact same problem! After requesting yet a third forklift they told us that they had never had a problem with those two and suggested user error on our part. I didn't know user error could make the hydraulic fluid lines look like this in just 5 minutes! We then requested they refund our rental and they refused. Not only did they refuse but they had the audacity to tell us since it was our fault they wanted us to pay for the repairs! Do not recommend at all! STAY AWAY!
