In the beginning, the company was worth 5 stars, but over time it became less and less star.
After Hurricane Ian, we had significant damage to some of our villas. Isaac was a recommendation from an acquaintance.
After our first meeting, Isaac got the order to take care of 5 properties. Which he did with zeal in the beginning. But unfortunately, as time went by, the information became less and less. Only letters with a check came. Nothing more. No information why - no letters from the insurance company - no update on the state of affairs. Also, the insurances wrote to us that you don't get any information anymore.
Now, for about 4 months, nothing is happening. Emails are ignored, messages in the office or on known numbers are ignored.
Last week I was fortunate enough to have Mannie take the call. He said that Isaac has not been working at the company for months, and he has taken over the jobs. I was given a phone number by Mannie where I should text him the names, and he will get back to me. That message has not been read or responded to as of today (10 days later).
An owner of mine - where Isaac can still make money, spoke to him on Friday Sept 29 and here he is supposedly still working for the company. I tried to call him right away but only voicemail.
If I need professional help again, I will hire this time's another adjuster. I have met companies that are really professionals.
